Simon Fulford has been the Executive Director of Parrott Creek Child & Family Services since 2018. Simon is a nonprofit leader who has founded and run organizations or programs in the US, UK, France & South Africa. Simon is also President of the Restorative Justice Coalition of Oregon and Vice President of the Oregon Alliance: Safe Kids, Healthy Families, Strong Communities.

A public-school principal and administrator for 20-years, Dr. Rush brings her knowledge of child-centered, trauma-informed practices to her role as Executive Director of Children’s Center, a Child Advocacy Center serving children and families with concerns for child abuse and neglect.

Melissa has worked in the field of public safety, criminal justice, victim services, and homeless services for over 25 years. She is a highly regarded collaborator who is called upon regularly to help incubate and advance community-wide initiatives that focus on the safety and well-being of individuals and families. She loves being out in nature with her dog and enjoys renting cozy cottages near water to sneak away for relaxation.

Cassie Trahan has a Master's of Social Work (MSW) through the University of Denver, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2009. In addition, Mrs. Trahan received a Bachelor's in Nursing through the Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU), and a Registered Nurse (RN) in 2011. In 2012, Mrs. Trahan co founded A Village for One where she currently remains as the Executive Director. A Village for One serves youth, through outpatient mental health services as well as therapeutic housing, who have faced commercial sexual exploitation.

As Executive Director of Northwest Family Services (NWFS), Rose focuses on working with the most vulnerable people in our community. She believes in giving a hand up, not a hand out, to build resiliency. By working with the whole person, and whenever possible, the whole family, Rose helps support immediate needs and provides ongoing support to build success.
